Round barstool 14” diameter with original horsehide cushion and round root rest. 28 ½” high. This was in the biology laboratory at Stanford when it opened 1891. It was sold off in 1967 and Jon Winkler cut its legs down and we refinished it together Jan 1968 during my break from internship at UCLA.
I used to spin on this barstool, never had any idea that it came form Standford!
